1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and VC777 ("the Platform," "we," "us") with respect to your use of all products and services available through vc777.live, including the mobile application, web interface, and any related services.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

VC777 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are grounds to believe these Terms have been violated, where fraud is suspected, or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting VC777 support. Where a voluntary closure is requested, any genuine real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

• VC777 will communicate the reason for any involuntary account restriction where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
• Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or serious Terms violations will not be eligible for balance withdrawal.
